Our Land Acquisition Process
A simple, transparent, and rewarding process for landowners, from your first enquiry through to settlement.
Review
Once you submit the site request with us, we review the site to check if it is suitable.
Purchase
After we are satisfied with the site, we buy the site paying at or above the fair market value and pay the referral fees for the purchased sites.
Transform
Once the purchase is complete, we then transform the land into 5-50 townhouses depending on the size of the site.
